Kelly was great in helping my wife and I purchase a new home. She met with us on numerous occasions to discuss the process of buying a home, from viewings to the transaction, and gave us step by step detail on how the process of buying a home is done, which was informative and very helpful. She made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable on the locations and set up all the viewings we requested in a timely manner and to fit our schedule. She was quick in getting documentation together for our purchase when we wanted to put an offer in and followed up with us on each step of the process to ensure if we had questions, they were answered and to ensure that we did not forget any details regarding the transaction. Kelly provided us with great service in referring subcontractors as well. The home inspector was knowledgeable and thorough, and the lawyer she recommended was helpful and able to meet Eva’s and my busy schedule. All in all it was a GREAT experience working with her on our first home purchase.
